Sabatelle's Market has been family-owned and operated by Rocky, Jane and Jason since October, 1978.  Rocky has been in the forefront of the meat business for 50 years and an expert in all cuts of meat.  We use Rocky's sausage, chicketta and porketta recipes along with lonza, sopresatta and prosciutto.  In addition, we make our own homemade cappelletti, meat and cheese ravioli, gnocchi, stuffed rigatoni, fettuccine and angel hair pasta.  We also age our own provolone cheese, a Sabatelle tradition handed down to Jason.

We provide fresh hand-cut steaks to your specification and were voted “Outstanding Business of the Year” through the Pittston Chamber of Commerce, "Best Family Butcher" and "Best Family Market." We specialize in fine Italian products and a full menu of deli and hot foods.  Meats, cheeses, sauces, oils, vinegars, pasta, sweets and much more fill the shelves as the aroma of homemade delicacies fills the air in the store.

Delivery is available for sympathy and catering items for all occasions and  can be found on the last page of our menu.   All hoagies, strombolies, pizza, salads and meat trays are made fresh to order.

Our Bella Baskets make great gifts for any occasion and can be shipped, delivered or picked up in our store.  During the holiday season, there is a full line of gift baskets readily available.
